FAQ's
Camp hours are Monday through Friday, 9:45 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. Extended care is also available in the morning (7:30am-9:45am) and evening (4:15pm-6pm) to support your work schedule.
When dropping your camper(s) off, please use Parking Lot C unless you have a campus parking pass. Parking Lot C is the 30-minute parking zone right in front of Super Kids Camp’s entrance. Please see the map below to find Parking Lot C. Super Kids Camp is not responsible if you receive a ticket while parked in Parking Lot D or any other lot that requires a parking pass.
Campers are typically ages 5–11. We may allow 4-year-old siblings to attend in certain situations, so please contact us directly to learn more.
Our Counselor in Training (CIT) program is designed for youth ages 12–14 who are interested in gaining leadership experience while helping support the daily operations of camp. CITs work alongside our counselors, assisting with activities, supporting campers, and helping create a fun and positive camp environment.
CITs help with day-to-day camp activities, assist with lesson plans, field trips, and special events, and work with counselors to plan and lead Fun Friday games. They may also help lead camp openings, review lunchtime expectations, and assist in sharing pool safety rules with campers.
Throughout the summer, CITs participate in bi-weekly meetings with student supervisors to receive feedback, reflect on their experiences, and continue developing leadership skills.
We are looking for individuals who are:
- Creative and energetic
- Mature and responsible
- Able to work well as part of a team
- Between the ages of 12–14
- Available to attend at least 5 of the 8 weeks of camp
- Able to attend at least 3 days per week during the weeks they are enrolled
To participate, applicants must have previously attended Super Kids Camp as a camper for at least one year.
Please see the CIT Application for more information and to apply.
Campers enjoy a variety of exciting activities throughout the week. On Mondays, campers have the opportunity to climb the Campus Recreation rock wall. On Tuesdays and Thursdays, they can cool off by swimming in the campus pool. Wednesdays are reserved for field trips to fun destinations around Sonoma County, giving campers the chance to explore the community. On Fun Fridays, our camp directors lead special theme-based activities and games to celebrate the end of the week.
In addition to these daily highlights, campers also participate in art, sports, science, and drama activities, creating a well-rounded and engaging camp experience each day.
Each day, campers should bring a water bottle and lunch, and wear closed-toed shoes for camp activities.
On Tuesdays and Thursdays, campers have the opportunity to swim in the campus pool. On these days, please send your camper with a swimsuit, towel, and sunscreen. If your child requires a life jacket, please bring one from home. For safety, campers who bring a life jacket must wear it while in the pool.
If your child is not comfortable swimming, we offer games and activities outside of the pool so they can still have fun during swim time. All campers must pass a swim test administered by the lifeguard in order to swim in the deep end of the pool. For safety, our counselors are evenly distributed around the pool area, and certified lifeguards are always on duty.
Refunds will be accepted by completing the Super Kids Camps Google refund form.
